REFUND POLICY
BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
• Change of Mind: No refunds are offered for cosmetic reasons (e.g., if you decide you do not like the look of long hair). Once fitted, the hair cannot be reused for other clients and must be disposed of.
• Refit Discount: To be eligible for a refit discount, you must book your appointment with at least 4 weeks' notice and within a 12-week timeframe from your last fitting.
• Third-Party Maintenance: We are not liable for any issues that arise if your extensions are maintained or refitted by another technician or company.
• Refund Policy: As the suitability of your hair cannot be fully determined until after the fitting, no refunds will be issued for the service or hair once installed, except as noted in the 7-day quality clause.
